Midwest Robotics is now offering production welding to all of our customers to assist them in meeting their production requirements. How are your current welders performing? Having trouble getting good quality welds everytime? Do you have excessive spatter problems?
We have the solution that only takes two hours to install and has your robot welding like new again. The new internal interface allows easy hook up to most brands of robots. Fanuc, Motoman, and ABB are no problem at a cost of under $9,000 for most models. Welders come with a standard 3 year warranty and the feeders have a 1 year warranty.
Are your old Lincoln welders still performing? If not, we can put a new power wave 455M with a new power feed 10 feeder for under $15,000 total cost.

Need a good quality torch reamer? Our reamer comes with a 15 month warranty and sells for $2500.00. Add a wire trimmer for an additional $420.00.
Torch reamers extend the life of your consumables and increase production by keeping your robot running instead of having to stop and clean spatter buildup out of your nozzle.
This cell was modified for a South Carolina adding another Fanuc RJ2 100i robot, two new torch cleaners, and the feeders moved to the back of the arm. Powerwave 450's were the power supplys used with Tregaskiss Guns. Original cycle time was 40 minutes, using the robotic cell dropped cycle time to 17 minutes.
